At approximately 2:40 pm on Sunday January 20th ET44 was alerted to assist on the tanker task force for a house fire in the 12000 Block of Old Annapolis Rd in Frederick County Company 17's first due. While ET44 was responding responding E41 was alerted to transfer to the Mt. Airy VFC to cover for their units committed on the fire. E41 responded with a volunteer crew and moved up to Mt. Airy to cover any calls for service. ET44 was later cleared by command and returned to Lisbon to cover the first due. E41 remained at Mt. Airy for over an hour to ensure coverage in both areas.
