Lisbon VFD responds to overturned propane truck
MAY 13
- Shortly after 1000, units from Lisbon and surrounding stations were alerted for a rescue with entrapment at Old Frederick and Twin Arch Rd. Upon arrival of Lisbon's units, a propane truck was discovered overturned and down a hill. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle prior to the arrival of units. Lisbon VFD helps welcome a baby girl
MAY 08
- Shortly after 2230 P-45 was alerted for a maternity call on Shaffers Mill Rd. While enroute P-45 was advised that the baby had already delivered. Upon arrival the crew of P-45 were greeted by a healthy baby girl. Lisbon would like to congratulate the family on their addition.... (Full Story)

Engine Company Assists Winfield with a Shed Fire

- At approximately 17:45 hours (5:45 pm) Structure alarm 14-15 was alerted for the shed on fire in the 5600 block of Manor Drive, alerting units from Winfield, Lisbon, and Sykesville. Training Exercises Stressed Teamwork and Creativity

- On February 25, 2013, members of the Lisbon VFC participated in training exercises involving a life-sized and weighted manikin that was placed in atypical locations.
